医学生心理健康和家庭环境的相关分析

A Correlation Analysis between Mental Health and Family Environment in Medical Students

目的了解医学生心理健康情况及心理健康与家庭环境的相关关系。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,抽取海南医学院本科的学生从大一到大五各一个班,共526人。采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)中文版来调查影响网络成瘾的心理因素,采用家庭环境量表中文版(FES-CV)来调查网络成瘾的家庭社会环境因素。结果调查的医学生SCL-90中的各因子中抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性高于全国常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而人际敏感低于全国常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);FES-CV中除了控制性与全国常模比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,其它各因子与全国常模比较均有统计学意义(P<0.01),矛盾性比全国常模较高,其它因子均比全国常模较低;ES-CV量表中的亲密度、组织性与SCL-90量表中各因子呈正相关,而矛盾性与SCL-90量表中的各因呈负相关;多重线性回归分析结果显示年纪、亲密度具有统计学意义。结论医学生的心理问题高于一般大学生,心理健康和家庭环境存在相关。

Objective To understand the mental health of medical students, and the correlation of mental health and family environ- ment. Methods A cluster random sampling method was used, got 526 samples form Hainan medical college, including fi＇eshman undergrad- uate students from one class to the five. Using the symptom checklist （SCL-90） to investigate the impact of Chinese psychological factors of internet addiction, and using family environment scale（Chinese version） to investigate the IAD family social environmental factors. Results The SCL-90 showed medical students in depression, anxiety, horror, mental illness factors were higher than the national norm, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.01）, and interpersonal sensitivity lower than the national norm, the difference was statistically significant （f＇ 〈0.01）; in the FES-CV, controlling factor and national norms was not significant （P 〉0.05）, all other factors and the national norms were sta- tistically significant （P 〈0.01）, contradiction factor higher than the national norm, and other factors lower than the national norm; cohesion, organization in ES-CV scale and each factor in SCL-90 scale was positively correlated, Contradictions and each factor in SCL-90 scale was negative correlation; multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, level of intimacy were statistically significant. Conclusion The psychological problems of medical students are more serious than other college students, mental health and family environment is associated.
