Toll样受体是天然免疫受体之一,在启动和调节天然免疫及诱导获得性免疫中起到重要作用,因此关于Toll样受体在各种病原感染中的作用研究很广泛,随着研究的深入,Toll样受体在其他非感染性疾病中的作用越来越受到广泛关注。本文综述Toll样受体目前的研究进展,展望其在临床中的作用,进一步促进对其研究的深入。
