摘要
目的提高儿科见习示教典型病例效率,摆脱依从性良好的典型病例逐年减少的困境,顺利完成儿科见习教学任务。方法儿科见习阶段采取从思想上提高医学生见习儿科的积极性,模拟SP询问病史,到幼儿园、患者床边及多个医院、病区及福利院示教等多种方法带教。结果学生见习儿科的兴趣和积极性提高,儿科见习示教典型病例效率提高,在实习资格考试中取得良好成绩。结论通过综合教学方法可提高典型病例示教效率,圆满完成儿科见习教学任务。
Objective To improve the efficiency of typical cases demonstration on pediatric probation. Method Multiple methods were used on pediatric probation. Result Students were more interested in pediatric probation, and got good scores in exam. In the same time, the efficacy of typical cases demonstration on pediatric probation was improved. Conclusion Multiple methods can improve the efficiency of typical cases demonstration on pediatric probation.
