摘要
用表面增强拉曼光谱研究了三种D-氨基葡萄糖水杨醛席夫碱化合物以及它们对DNA的作用情况,探讨了它们在银胶上的吸附模式和与DNA的作用方式,比较了它们之间的差别。
Three Schiff base compounds derived from dglycosamine and salicylaldehyde and their effect on DNA were studied by Surface enhanced Raman Spectroscopy. It was found that their ability to interaction with DNA was different. The ligand SG is stronger than its metal complexes.
