摘要
用Raman光谱研究了GeO2PbOZnO玻璃结构,结果表明,这种三元系统红外玻璃主要以[ZnO4]单元和含两个非桥氧的[GeO4]四面体单元共同构成三维网络。网络中含两个非桥氧的[GeO4]四面体数量随PbO含量增加而增加,而低含量的ZnO则能提高网络中[GeO4]四面体单元的聚合度。
Raman spectra have been used to study the structure of GeO 2 glasses with PbO and ZnO additions. The results show that the three-dimensional network within GeO 2 PbO ZnO systems is mainly built up of the tetrahedra units of two non-bridging oxygens and the units. With a increase of lead oxide content the number of the tetrahedra of two non-bridging oxygens increase, while the low zinc oxide content can polymerize the tetrahedra units within the network.
