摘要
CD(MD)型钢丝绳电动葫芦应用广泛,基准接电持续率为25%工作级别M3的电动葫芦越来越不能满足使用单位的需求,有必要进行改进提高其工作级别。从2个角度入手提出了完整的改进方案并通过实例验证,证明改进方案可靠有效。
With the wide application of the CD（MD） wirerope electric hoist,the electric hoist with a benchmark power connection duration rate of 25% and a working class of M3 becomes increasingly insufficient in meeting the requirement of the users,so it is necessary to improve the working class through improvement.The paper proposes a complete improve program and gives example verification.The test result shows that the improvement program is reliable and effective.
