基于虚拟仪器的电路板故障检测与诊断系统的研究 被引量:55

摘要 针对当前精密系统电路存在故障检测复杂、可扩展性差和辅助维修难度大等问题,设计了一种新型的电路板故障检测与诊断系统,基于LabVIEW开发软件,选用PCI8613和USB2810数据采集卡采集重构电路板信号。根据智能故障诊断与容错控制技术,建立故障树的贝叶斯网络模型,应用动态贝叶斯网络推理,实现电路板元件级的故障检测。对故障数据的理论分析和试验结果的验证,该系统的平均故障隔离率达到98%以上,能够提高精密系统电路板的检测与定位效率。 With the problems of complex detect proceeding, poor extensibility and difficult auxiliary maintenance of precision system, a new type of fault detection and diagnosis system is designed, which is based on the LabVIEW environment and select data acquisition card of PCI8613 and USB2810 to reconstruct circuit board's signal. According to the intelligent fault diagnosis and fault tolerant control technology, the system will realize component level fault detection by established fault tree bayesian network model and applied dynamic bayesian network inference. Compared with theoretical analysi s und experimental result verification, the test system's average failure isolation rate is over 98%, and it can improve the efficiency of fault detection and location in precision system circuit board.
