摘要
采用 Ga As 阴极的第三代夜视器件具有灵敏度高和红外响应好的优点, 为系统充分利用夜天光辐射创造了有利条件。本文从这一特点出发分析三代微光夜视系统的潜在能力, 并指出影响潜在性能发挥的因素。
Generation Ⅲ night vision devices with GaAs photocathodes have high sensitivity and good IR response. The potential capability of Generation Ⅲ night vision systems is analyzed,and the effect of some factors on its performances is described.
