环境空气中尼古丁的高效液相色谱测定方法 被引量:3

Determination of nicotine in the ambient air by high performance liquid chromatography

摘要 目的建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定环境空气中尼古丁的方法。方法样品通过反相C18柱(150×4.6mm)分离,采用磷酸二氢钾-乙腈溶液为流动相(流速为1ml/min,采用等度洗脱),通过紫外检测器检测(波长为260nm)。结果该方法标准曲线的相关系数为0.99993,工作曲线的相关系数为0.9995,检出限为4.03×10-3μg/ml,测定下限为3.12×10-2μg/ml,对低、中、高3浓度尼古丁加标回收率为87.4%、88.5%、90.8%,对低、中、高3浓度尼古丁测定的相对标准偏差分别为0.88%、0.52%、1.1%,对低、中、高3浓度尼古丁的解吸率测定分别为92.3%、94.3%、94.6%,以及采样器中样品稳定性实验,表明11d内样品均稳定。结论该方法灵敏度高,重现性好,操作简便,仪器易普及。 Objective To establish high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC) assay for the determination of nicotine in the air.Methods The sample was separated by reversed-phase C18 column(150×4.6mm) using the potassium dihydrogen phosphate-acetonitrile solution as mobile phase(with flow velocity of 1ml/min,used isocratic elution),and detected by ultraviolet array detector at 260nm.Results The correlation coefficient of the standard curve was 0.99993,and the working curve was 0.9995.Limit of detection was 4.03×10-3μg/ml and limit of quantification was 3.12×10-2μg/ml for nicotine.For the spiked samples of the low,medium and high concentration of nicotine,the recoveries were 87.4%,88.5% and 90.8%,the relative standard deviations were 0.88%,0.52% and 1.1% and the desorption rates were 92.3%,94.3% and 94.6%,respectively.Nicotine test indicated stable in 11 days with determining the sample stability.Conclusions This method is of high sensitivity,better RSD and simple operation,and the instrument can be easily popularized.
