摘要
目的探讨液基细胞学制片技术在甲状腺针吸细胞学诊断的应用价值。方法对180例门诊及住院甲状腺肿块患者行细针穿刺,同时采用液基细胞学制片和传统手工制片两种方式,进行质量及诊断结果对比。结果采用利普液基细胞学制片技术(Liqui-PREP,LPT)的涂片中,诊断性细胞数量明显多,背景清洁,消除了大部分红细胞干扰,细胞呈单层平铺,分布均匀,细胞核显示更清晰,甲状腺癌的阳性诊断率6.67%(12/180),传统涂片3.9%(7/180)。结论液基细胞学制片技术用于甲状腺细针穿刺能明显提高标本质量和甲状腺癌的阳性诊断率,显示更好的应用价值。
Objective To approach into the of Liqui-PREP in the diagnosis of thyroid lesions.Methods Liquid-based cytology was applied to contrast the quality and diagnosis of traditional manual producer.Results The smears with Liqui-PREP had more valuable cells,cleaner background and eliminated most of erythrocytes interference.Epithelial cells showed the range with sheet or single and more clearly nuclei.The positive rate of thyroid cancer was 6.67%（12/180）,and with 3.9%（7/180） of traditional manual smear.Conclusions Liqui-PREP can improve the smear quality and positive rate of cancer in thyroid fine needle aspiration cytology.
