尿微量白蛋白及尿蛋白定量测定在慢性肾脏病患者肾功能评估中的价值 被引量：12

摘要 目的研究慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者尿微量白蛋白(UmAlb)和尿蛋白(U-PRO)水平的变化,评价其在慢性肾脏病诊断和监测中的价值。方法研究对象共85例,其中病例组(CKD患者)47例,对照组38例。采用免疫透射比浊法分析研究对象尿微量白蛋白(UmAlb)水平;采用考马斯亮蓝(CBB)法检测尿蛋白(U-PRO)含量。UmAlb和U-PRO水平均以mg/mmolUCr为单位表示。采用统计软件SPSS13.0评价实验结果。结果独立样本t检验结果表明,在病例组和对照组之间,UmAlb和U-PRO水平均具统计学意义(P<0.05);诊断效果评价表明,UmAlb和U-PRO在ROC曲线下的面积分别为0.975和0.983。结论在评价CKD患者肾功能损害及其程度时,UmAlb和U-PRO均为理想指标。
