2型糖尿病患者红细胞膜ATP酶、血浆NO和C肽水平的变化及意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察2型糖尿病患者红细胞膜ATP酶活性及血浆NO、血浆C肽水平,分析2型糖尿病患者微血管并发症和血浆C肽浓度之间的关系。方法选择66例2型糖尿病患者,其中应用胰岛素39例(INS组),口服降糖药27例(SU组)。采集患者血样,利用徐氏法提取红细胞膜,采用酶比色法测定红细胞膜ATP酶水平,硝酸还原酶法比色法间接测定血浆NO水平,化学发光法检测血浆C肽水平。结果 INS组红细胞膜ATP酶活性和血浆NO水平较SU组显著降低(P<0.05);红细胞ATP酶活性及血浆NO水平与血浆C肽水平和胰岛素水平呈正相关,红细胞膜ATP酶活性与病程和年龄呈负相关(P<0.05或<0.01);糖尿病肾病与视网膜病变的分期随血浆C肽水平降低而逐渐升高。结论 C肽可能通过改善糖尿病患者红细胞膜ATP酶活性和提高血浆NO水平对糖尿病患者的微血管发挥保护作用。
