不同正畸力作用下龈沟液中基质金属蛋白酶-13的表达 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察人正畸牙受力后基质金属蛋白酶-13(MMP-13)在龈沟液中的表达变化,探讨MMP-13在正畸牙移动、牙槽骨改建过程中的作用。方法选取拔除上颌第一前磨牙正畸患者21例,随机分为对照组、H1组和H2组,分别用0、100、300 g力拉上颌尖牙向远中。在加力前和加力后1、7、10、14 d收集龈沟液,应用ELISA方法测定龈沟液中MMP-13含量。结果 H1组和H2组与对照组相比,MMP-13含量在加力1 d后出现明显变化,各期差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不同时间点、不同力值下GCF中MMP-13水平变化差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论牙齿GCF中MMP-13的表达随牙齿的受力改变而发生动态变化,其水平与正畸力大小及力的持续时间密切相关;MMP-13可能与正畸牙的移动和牙槽骨改建有关,可作为一种临床检测方法。
