产学研合作利益分配的博弈分析——基于创新过程的视角

The Game Analysis on Distribution of University-Industry Cooperation Benefit——The Perspect based on Innovating Process

产学研合作创新的活动过程,需经历基础研究、应用研究、开发、生产和商业化阶段。随着产学研合作创新的深入,影响合作利益分配的因素也发生相应的变化,目前关于产学研合作利益分配的研究大都忽略了创新过程的演进对于合作利益分配的因素的影响,基于此,本文在着重探讨创新过程演进与利益分配影响因素变化的基础上,依据创新过程对产学研合作创新进行阶段划分,将过程阶段的思想引入到产学研合作利益分配的研究之中,运用博弈论的相关理论建立基于创新过程的产学研利益分配模型,以期为实践中产学研合作的有效运行提供有意义的理论指导。

University-Industry cooperation must experience the basic research, the applied research, the development, the production and commercialization stage. With the gradual and further innovation of University-Industry cooperation, the factors affecting distribution of cooperation benefits will will change. At present, The research about distribution of University-Industry cooperation benefits having mostly neglected that the evolution of innovating process affect the factors about distribution of University- Industry cooperation benefits. Based on the relationship between the evolution of innovating process and the chang of the factors affecting distribution of University-Industry cooperation benefit. According to innovating process, we division stages of University- Industry cooperation and introduce the thought of process stage into the research about distribution of University-Industry cooperation benefits,we apply the game theory to establish the model of distribution of University-Industry cooperation benefit based on innovating process to provide the meaningful theory instruction for University-Industry cooperation in practice.
