摘要
目的检测可溶性粘附分子CD44v6及基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在正常妇女与子宫内膜异位症患者血清及腹腔液中的水平,探讨其在EMT发病中的作用。方法用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测正常妇女与EMT患者血清、腹腔液中可溶性CD44v6与MMP-2的水平。结果可溶性CD44v6、MMP-2在EMT患者血清、腹腔液中的水平显著高于正常妇女(P<0.05),EMT组血清中及腹腔液中可溶性CD44v6与MMP-2的表达有高度相关性(r=0.732,0.853;P<0.05)。结论 EMT患者腹腔液、血清中可溶性CD44v6与MMP-2的高表达密切相关;CD44v6、MMP-2的异常高表达促进了异位内膜细胞的粘附与侵袭,促进了EMT的发生发展。
Objective To evaluate the changes of serum and ascites levels of soluble CD44v6 and MMP-2 in women with endometriosis and nomal women. Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent ashy (ELISA)was used to measure serum and ascites soluble CD44v6 and MMP-2 from 40 women with endometriosis and 35 nomal women. Results The soluble CD44v6 and MMP-2 levels in serum and ascites in EMT patients were significantly higher than those in normal women( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion There exists close relationship between CD44v6 and MMP-2, and the soluble CD44v6 and MMP-2 levels are significantly higher in serum and ascites in EMT patients than those in nomal women. CD44v6 and MMP-2 could be involved in the development of EMT.
