外科学总论实验教学模式探索

摘要 目的探讨新的教学模式在外科学总论实验教学中的应用。方法采用整群抽样的方法随机抽取我校2007级临床医学专业一个班的学生并将其随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用新的教学模式,对照组采用传统教学法。两组学生在课程结束后进行理论考试,对两组学生就实验教学新的教学模式进行问卷调查打分,并对考试成绩和问卷打分行统计学处理。结果实验组理论考试成绩平均为(89.35±7.92)分,对照组为(72.42±5.73)分,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组明显优于对照组;实验组在学习的兴趣、实践能力、团结协作3方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论新的外总实验教学模式提高了学生学习的积极性和动手操作的实践能力,促进了学生素质的全面提高,取得了较好的教学效果。 Objective to study the application of the new surgery introduction experiment teaching model. Methods by cluster sampling method, the students of 2007 clinical medicine from the same class, were randomly divided into 2 groups, experimental group applied the new teaching model, control group applied the conventional teaching model, At the end of this course , we conducted a theoretical text and a questionnaire survey of the new experiment teaching model to this students, and analyzed the collected data. Results the average score of theoretical text of the experimental group was (89.35 ±7.92), the average score of theoretical text of the control group was (72.42 ± 5.73), there was significant difference between two groups, the score of experimental group were better than the control group, experimental group were obviously advantage in improving the study interest, operate skills and strengthening the cooperation mind( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion the new surgery introduction experiment teaching model improved the motivation to study and operate skills, promoting the students' comprehensive quality and achieved the better teaching quality.
