摘要
研制了一种新型的由带前置轮胎镜成像系统、高密度透射光栅和软 X 光 C C D 相机等组成的软 X 射线光谱仪, 摄谱范围为0.5~1.5 nm , 光谱分辨为 0.05 nm 。光谱仪没有像散, 实现了点对点成像。由于其高效率, 可探测到低能型高功率激光系统产生的等离子体 X 光谱, 特别适合于超短飞秒强激光脉冲产生的等离子体的实验研究。
A novel soft X ray spectrograph com prised of a toroidal m irror im age optics, ahigh density transm ission grating and a soft X ray C C D cam era has been developed. The de tecting range is in the w avelength region from 0.5 nm to 15 nm w ith a resolution of about 0.05 nm . The spectrograph has no astigm atism . A point object is im aged to a point. Ow ing toits high efficiency, even an X ray spectrum of low energy laser produced plasm a can be m ea sured. It is especially suitable for experim ents of ultrashort fem tosecond pulse laser producedplasm as.
