摘要
数字芯棒编码电感控制棒位置指示系统在反应堆上的可用性分析是设计工作中必须研究的重要课题。论述了数字电感棒位指示系统的翻码区△;分析了NHR-200水力驱动控制棒运行位置的影响因素:步进缸上下回差,控制棒传动链、堆内构件的加工装配误差及从常温启堆到高温运行所产生的热胀等,进而获得了控制棒的运行位置区间A。在测量步P内,A+△<P以及对NHR-200所进行的棒位探测器的结构设计、加工工艺与实验研究等表明数字电感芯棒编码棒位测量系统完全可用于NHR-200和PWR。
It is necessary for a design to analyze the probability of that the digital inductance control rod position indicating system with coding bar is used in NHR -200 (200MW nuclear heating reactor). Therefore, the code variation region △ of a digital inductance control rod position indicating system is expounded, the actual control rod position region A of NHR -200 influenced by various factors such as step distance difference between control rod rise and fall, manufacturing and assembly tolerance and heat expansion of detector, control rod line, internals and pressure vessel, etc. are studied. The conclusions of the result of A + △ 〉 P, the structural design, mantffactural process and experiment show that the digital inductance control rod position indicating system with coding bar can be good used in NHR -200 and PWR.
