摘要
就陶瓷坯体中使用的主要原料-弋阳瓷石进行了研究,根据该矿区瓷石原料铁含量的不同将该区瓷石进行分级。通过对弋阳瓷石的分级试验可知:瓷石中铁含量对白度,光泽度有很大的影响,随着铁含量的增加制品白度、光泽度逐渐降低;并且铁含量不同,对其它陶瓷原料的适应性也不同,不同铁含量的弋阳瓷石可用于生产对白度要求不同的陶瓷制品。
A classification study of Yiyang stone,a ceramic raw material from Jiangxi Province was carried out.Results show that the iron content of the porcelain stone has a significant effect on ceramic whiteness and gloss.With the increase of the iron content,the whiteness and the gloss of a ceramic product decreased.The iron content of Yiyang stone also affected its adaptability to other ceramic raw materials.The porcelain stone with different iron content can be used to produce different kinds of ceramics.
