摘要
本文对卡塞格林系统在焦平面上的衍射效应进行了分析,并采用有限元素光线追踪法对衍射效应进行了计算.据此,本文提出了以该衍射效应作为卡塞格林反射系统结构优化设计的目标函数,该方法具有直观和量化的优点.
In this paper,the diffraction in the focal
plane of the Cassegrain reflective system is analyzed And the intensity distribution in the focal
plane is calculated with the ray tracing of finite element Then with the intensity distribution
being the optimization criterion,a new effective optimum way to design the structure of the
Cassegrain reflective system is introduced here Being objective and quatitative,this
optimization method is important to the design of the structure of Cassegrain reflective system
