摘要
以紫外线、LiCl、5氟尿嘧啶、HNO2 为诱变剂,黑曲霉Sx 为出发菌株,选育出生淀粉糖化酶酶活力提高12% 的突变株黑曲霉S′x制取黑曲霉S′x 的原生质体,用HeNe 激光照射,经反复筛选得到突变株黑曲霉Sy,其酶活力较出发菌株提高51% ,而酸性蛋白酶活力降低45%
A mutant strain A niger Sx′ with higher yield raw starch glucoamylase was obtained from wild strain of A niger Sx by UV,LiCl,5 Fu and HNO 2 treatment Its enzyme activity increased by 12% After many times of He Ne Laser irradiation to protoplast of A niger Sx′,A niger Sy was obtained Its raw starch glucoamylase activity increased 51% than that of the original strain A niger Sx,whereas A niger Sy showed reductions in acid protease productivity of 45% Furthermore,applications of A niger Sy on the treatment of the grain stalks studied
