反向遗传学操作技术在禽流感研究中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 反向遗传操作技术的建立为负链RNA病毒的研究开创了新的途径,使负链RNA病毒的许多特性得以深入认识。禽流感近年在全球的广泛暴发,使得对流感病毒的深入研究更加迫切,反向遗传操作技术的应用,使禽流感病毒的基因结构、致病机理、与宿主细胞的相互关系等各方面的研究工作都取得了巨大进步。笔者就国内近几年反向遗传操作技术在禽流感研究中取得的进展做一综述,并对该技术的发展趋势做一分析,提出对策思考。
