硫酸在阳离子松香胶施胶中的应用

The application of sulfuric acid in the sizing by cationic rosin milk

pH值是影响阳离子松香胶施胶效果的重要因素,通常采用硫酸铝来调节。然而在二次纤维的施胶过程中,硫酸铝调节pH值的效果有限。本研究采用硫酸来辅助硫酸铝调节二次纤维松香胶施胶时的pH值,不仅可以稳定施胶效果,而且能降低生产成本。

pH value is a very important factor for sizing effectiveness of cationic rosin size, in which aluminum sulfate can be commonly used for adjusting pH value. However, for sizing process of recycled fibers, the adjusting effectiveness of aluminum sulfate to pH value is very limited. In the study, sulfuric acid was used as pH value assistant regulator for aluminum sulfate in the rosin sizing process of recycled fibers, which not only stabilized sizing efficiency, but also reduced the production costs.
