摘要
随着高速纸机的发展,稀油润滑技术在其应用上显出诸多不足,为此提出应用油气润滑技术。在稀油润滑与油气润滑机理对比的基础上,分析了两种润滑方式下轴承产生和散失热量的情况,引用生产实际数据说明了油气润滑在用油量、油箱体积等方面的优势。
With the development of high speed paper machines, a series of negative effects of dilute oil lubrication technology were showed in application. The air-oil lubrication technology was put forward. In view of the contrast of the mechanism of lubrication between the dilute oil lubrication technology and air-oil lubrication technology and the analysis of heat generation in the bearing of high speed paper machines, the result show that oil-air lubrication is of benefit to the development of high speed paper machines in oil quantity consumption and oil-tank and so on.
