企业压力管理过程模型构建研究 被引量:8

摘要 企业压力管理过程模型将压力管理划分为预防、预警、反应、处理、善后5个阶段。体系化模块化的压力管理过程模型可以实现企业压力管理从无序到有序的提升和从零散、随意到系统、规范的转变,将压力管理的组织和个人策略有机地结合起来,从而使企业压力管理实现动态循环提升,进而实现质量的飞跃。
