湖北地区鸭疫里氏杆菌体外耐药性测定 被引量:4

摘要 采用纸片扩散法对从湖北地区分离鉴定的86株致病性鸭疫里氏杆菌进行了体外药物敏感性测定。结果表明,耐药性高的药物为复方新诺明、青霉素、红霉素、呋喃唑酮和杆菌肽,耐药率分别高达100%、100%、88%、70%、67%;其次为环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、诺氟沙星,耐药率分别为40%、35%、35%;敏感度高的药物为氟苯尼考、头孢噻肟、头孢哌酮、头孢唑林、链霉素、卡那霉素、阿米卡星、林可霉素,耐药率均为0%;其次为庆大霉素、四环素,耐药率分别为12%、21%。由此可见,氟苯尼考、头孢噻肟、头孢哌酮、头孢唑林、链霉素、卡那霉素、阿米卡星是目前湖北地区治疗鸭疫里氏杆茵病的首选药物。 The pathogenetic Riemerella anatipestifer isolated in ducks from Hubei region were used in the disk diffusion method for antimicrobial susceptibility test.The results showed that the isolates were high resistant to compound sulfamethoxazole,penicillin,erythromycin,furanzolidone,and bacitracin,with the resistance rates 100%,100%,88%,70%,67%,respectively.The isolates were sensitive to florfenicol,cefotaxime,cefoperazone,cefazolin,streptomycin,kanamycin,amikacin,lincomycin,gentamicin,tetracycline,ofloxacin,norfloxacin and ciprofloxacin,with the resistance rates 0%,0%,0%,0%,0%,0%,0%,0%,12%,21%,35%,35% and 40%,respectively.It suggested that florfenicol,cefotaxime,cefoperazone,cefazolin,streptomycin,kanamycin,amikacin and lincomycin could be used in Hubei region for controlling duck Riemerella anatipestifer infection.
