摘要
本文根据光谱匹配系数的表达式,计算了GaAs 光电阴极与暗绿色涂层、粗糙混凝土和绿色草木的光谱匹配系数在满月光下,其结果分别为04519、05184 和06927;在晴朗星光下,分别为05866、06125 和06513并分析比较了GaAs 和两种S25光电阴极与景物反射光谱的光谱匹配系数。
In this paper according to the formula of spectral matching factor,the spectral matching factors of GaAs photocathode for dark green paint,rough concrete and green vegetation are calculated.The calculation results are 0.4519,0.5184 and 0.6927 under the full moon radiation and 0.5866, 0.6125 and 0.6513 under the clear star radiation respectively.The spectral matching factors of GaAs and S 25 photocathodes for reflecting spectrums of scenes are analysed and compared.It shows that the third generation nightvision devices which have good observational results are relative to the good matching degree of the photocathodes for the reflecting spectrums of scenes.
