当下中国县域政治权力生态恶化之探析——基于现代国家构建的视角

An exploration of the deteriorating political ecology in current Chinese county:From the perspective of modern state-building

当下中国部分县域地区政治权力生态恶化的客观现实,引起了国内学界的高度关注,学者们在对现实状况进行分析的基础上运用各种社会科学的方法,尝试从不同的角度去关注县域政治权力生态恶化问题产生的根源。在大量的解释模型中,现代国家构建是一个重要的研究视角,认此为切入点,探析县域政治权力生态恶化的深层次原因,结果表明:国家权力在某些公共领域的不适当退出,以及国家能力的不足,导致了县域政治的衰败和紊乱。

The social science researchers pay utmost attention to the deterioraing tion of political ecology in some Chinese counties,on the basis of analysis of the current situation,they used all kinds of social scientific theoretical methods to find the root of problem.In a great deal of analytic framework,the framework of ＂state-building＂ provides a very important perspective,based on the analytic framework,the article tries to figure out the different meanings between the concept of state power and that of state capacity,exploring the deep reasons why county politics is deteriorating,it is the inappropriate back-out of state power and deficiency in state capacity that lead to deterioration of county politics,on the basis of which,this article proposes the realistic solutions to the problem so as to show us the emergency of building a modern state in China and point out the way to the Chinese modern state-building.
