亚精胺对辣椒幼苗抗冷性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以辣椒幼苗为试材,利用人工气候室模拟低温条件,通过叶面喷施不同浓度的亚精胺(Spd),研究了Spd对辣椒抗冷性的影响.结果表明:Spd处理可降低低温条件下辣椒幼苗的伤害程度,增强辣椒的抗冷性,其中以0.5mmol·L-1处理的效果最好.用0.5mmol·L-1的Spd处理叶面14d时,其冷害指数较CK降低了37%;处理18d时,其死亡率较CK降低了70.5%;处理2d时,其最大光化学效率Fv/Fm升高了5.3%,总叶绿素含量增加了5.6%,丙二醛含量降低了33.5%,脯氨酸含量升高了9.9%. Pepper seedlings were selected as experimental material and the low temperature conditions were simulation with artificial room.Effect of spermidine on pepper cold resistance was studied in this article by spraying different concentrations.The results showed that spermidine treatment reduced the stress of low temperature and increased cold resistance of seedlings.Spermidine at 0.5 mmol·L-1 showed the best effect,chilling injury index and mortality rate were lower 37 % and 70.5 % than that of the control after 14 and 18 days of treatments.The maximum photochemical efficiency Fv/Fm increased 5.3 %,total chlorophyll content enhanced 5.6 %,malondialdehyde content decreased 33.5 %,proline content increased 9.9 % after 2 days of treatment.
