苦皮藤素烟剂最佳配方的初步筛选 被引量:2

摘要 采用6.20%苦皮藤素原药配制了4种烟剂农药,对烟剂试样发烟时间、燃烧温度、有效成烟率、稳定性与安全性等指标进行测定。结果表明:试验筛选出10%苦皮藤素原药和5%硝酸铵配制的风干片剂为最佳配方剂型,该剂型的燃烧温度为(189.6±10)℃,成烟率为93.2%,自燃温度为162.5℃,热贮存分解率为2.26%.室内药效试验表明,苦皮藤素烟剂用量8g,用药7d后,供试小菜蛾死亡率达100%. Four kinds of smoke agent samples were made with 6.20 % celangulin raw pesticide and ammonium nitrate.The best formulation was selected by detecting a series of parameter of smoke agent.The results showed that the air drying tablet of 10 % celangulin raw pesticide and 5 % ammonium nitrate was chosen as the best formulation.Its burning temperature was(189.6±10) ℃,the rate of smoking was 93.2 %,the self-ignite temperature was 162.5 ℃,and the dispel rate was 2.26 % for 2 weeks in hot store up.The indoor efficacy showed that celangulin smoke agent had very high control effect on Piutella xylbstella.
