苜蓿草粉对3种金属材料的软磨料磨损试验 被引量:3

摘要 以‘甘农3号’紫花苜蓿为磨料,在磨损试验机上对45#钢、9SiCr钢、60Si2Mn钢试样进行磨料磨损试验.在相同试验条件下,通过测定材料的硬度、韧度、磨损质量,观察材料显微组织,对比分析了3种金属材料抗苜蓿草粉的磨损性能.结果表明:9SiCr钢具有高的强韧性,单磨程平均磨损量为2.19mg,抗苜蓿软磨料的磨损性能最好. Taking 'Gannong 3' alfalfa meal as the abrasive,and metal pieces made from 45#,9SiCr,60Si2Mn steel as testing samples,a wear experiment was carried out.Under the same experiment condition,the hardness,toughness and weightlessness of wear of three tested samples were determined.At the same time,the microstructures of the three tested samples were also observed,and the wear properties of each samples were analyzed and compared.The results showed that 9SiCr steel had higher toughness than other samples,its weightlessness of wear was 2.19 mg per 30 000 rad,it also had the best wearing resistance and comprehensive mechanical properties.
