摘要
用金相显微镜和电子探针研究了不锈钢钢爆炸和爆炸+ 轧制复合板结合区的组织及成分,由此探讨了爆炸焊接和轧制过程的金属物理学机理。指出了保证该复合板不锈钢复层耐蚀性的重要性及其方法,从而为这种复合板的正常使用提供了指导。
In this paper the ingredient and microstructure of the bonding zone the stainless steel\|steel explosive welding+rolling composite plates is studied using EPMA.The forming mechanism of the explosive welding and rolling processes are discussed.The method for keeping the corrosion\|resistivity is suggested,giving the instruction to use this kind of composite plates.
