摘要
主要研究了以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为主链,聚异丁烯马来酸酐(PIBSA)为支链的两亲性接枝共聚物的制备及在溶液中的自组装行为。接枝共聚物由PIBSA和PVA1799通过酯化反应得到,改变投料比能得到不同接枝率的共聚物。以二甲基亚砜(DMSO)做共溶剂,水做选择性溶剂,室温下自组装得到了稳定的聚集体溶液。扫描电镜和透射电镜观察到聚集体形貌为球形,动态激光光散射表明粒径随接枝率、水含量和接枝共聚物初始浓度的变化而规律变化。
Self-assembly behavior of a biocompatible amphiphilic graft copolymers consisting of hydrophilic poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA) backbone and hydrophobic poly(isobutylene succinic anhydride)(PIBSA) side chains were investigated.The target amphiphilic graft copolymers were prepared via esterification of PVA and PIBSA.Copolymers with different degree of grafting were controlled by adjusting different molar ratio of raw material.The aggregate was formed in dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)/water at room temperature.Scanning electron microscope(SEM) and transmission electron microscope(TEM) demonstrate the morphology of the aggregates is sphere.Hydrodynamics radius could be well tuned by degree of grafting of the graft copolymer,water content and initial copolymer concentration according to dynamic light scattering.
