摘要
用中等分子量的固体双酚A型环氧树脂ER-1和环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷的嵌段共聚物Lutrol F68合成了一种活性非离子型乳化剂F68-E,对乳化剂F68-E的结构以及合成过程进行了分析。用乳化剂F68-E对环氧树脂ER-1进行乳化,探讨了使用相反转法乳化时,乳化剂浓度、乳化温度和溶剂种类对环氧树脂水分散体的粒径和力学稳定性的影响。此外,将环氧树脂水分散体制成中温固化体系,对其干膜固化物进行了吸水率测试和动态热机械分析。结果表明,引入12%的乳化剂F68-E后,固化体系的吸水率由1.38%降至0.97%,玻璃化转变温度由102.5℃降至82.6℃。
A reactive nonionic emulsifier F68-E was synthesized from Lutrol F68,a propylene oxide/ethylene oxide copolymer,and ER-1,a bisphenol a type solid epoxy resin.The addition polymerization process and the structure of the emulsifier F68-E were investigated.Then,the emulsifier F68-E was used to prepare a series of waterborne ER-1 dispersions by a phase inversion technique.Several factors influencing the properties of the waterborne epoxy resin dispersions were investigated.Moreover,moderate temperature curing systems were prepared by addition of the curing agents to the waterborne epoxy resin dispersions.The performances of the cured thin-films of the curing systems were surveyed through dynamic mechanical analysis and water absorption tests.The results show that when the emulsifier contents of the curing system increase from 0% to 12%,the water absorption rates drop from 1.38% to 0.97%,and the glass transition temperatures decrease from 102.5 ℃ to 82.6 ℃,respectively.
