摘要 用硅烷偶联剂KH-570对纳米CaCO3表面进行改性处理,采用原位聚合法制备了聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)/Ca-CO3纳米复合材料,用溶解实验、扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)等方法对纳米CaCO3粒子和PMMA基体之间的界面相容性进行了表征,考察了复合材料的力学性能。结果表明,纳米CaCO3在基体中可能起到了交联点的作用;改性纳米CaCO3在基体中分散均匀,与基体形成很强的界面结合;随着纳米粒子含量增加至1%,其复合材料的拉伸强度增加约35%,冲击强度增加约70%,弯曲强度增加约60%。 The surface of the nano-calcium carbonate was modified with KH-570,the polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)/ CaCO3 nanocomposites were prepared by in situ polymerization.The interfacial compatibility between nano-CaCO3 and PMMA matrix was characterized by dissolution,scanning electron microscope(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR),the mechanical property of nanocomposites was studied.The results show that nano-CaCO3 may be crosslinking points in the matrix.There are good dispersion and interfacial adhesion between the modified nano-CaCO3 and the PMMA matrix.As the content of nano-CaCO3 increases to 1%,its tensile strength increases by about 35%,impact strength increases by about 70%,flexural strength increases by about 60%.
