针对生物信息在国内的发展现状,提出研制生物信息标准的需求。首先从生物数据资源收集、管理规范入手,在此基础上进行了生物信息资源管理体系的研究,最后讨论了共享交流软件系统的开发和生物信息数据挖掘,并期望通过以上研究能为我国生物信息学相关标准的制定提供参考和依据。

Aiming at current development of bioinformatics in domestic developing trend,putting forward the research of bioinformatics standards.Firstly talks about standardizing of collection and management about biological data resources.On the basis of this,studies on the bioinformatics resources management system.Finally discusses the development of software about exchangement and bioinformation data mining.And look forward to giving a reference basis for research of bioinformatics standards by above mentioned.
