链球菌属纤连蛋白结合蛋白的生物信息学分析 被引量:2

摘要 对链球菌属纤连蛋白结合蛋白进行系统的分析,找出其特征,为以后的研究奠定基础。通过MUSCLE、BLASTP、PSI-BLAST、PHYLIP、Perl编程等生物信息学方法对217条候选纤连蛋白结合蛋白进行研究。发现共有31个序列纤连蛋白结合蛋白重复单元序列模体,绝大部分蛋白由两个或两个以上的不同模体序列构成,其保守结构域组合呈现多样性等特征。表明链球菌属纤连蛋白结合蛋白重复单元序列模体不是严格统一的,总体上具有变异性,但模体之间又有很大的相似性。 To systematically analyze fibronectin-binding proteins of streptococcs to discover features and build firm foundation for following researches,bioinformatics tools such as MUSCLE、BLASTP、PSI-BLAST、PHYLIP、Perl language programming et al were used to analyze 217 candicate fibronectin-binding proteins.Features include 31 fibronectin-binding protein repeat(FR) sequence motifs、conserved domain divergence、most fibronectin-binding proteins having at least two different motifs and so on.FR motifs of genus streptococcus are not stringently unified,but with similarity among motifs.
