An Analysis of Court Purchasing in Chang'an and Bianjing

通过探析唐都长安与宋都汴京"宫市"源流及特点,唐长安"宫市"由宫廷娱乐演变为置史专知或由"宦者"专知为宫廷采办物资的特殊机构,宋汴京"宫市"则顺应唐制,逐渐演变为官商合一的采办机构。唐宋"宫市"是国都城市独特的产物,其产生、运营同唐宋时期城市商品经济发展有关。唐宋"宫市"一脉相承,使宫廷采办制度日趋完善。

Based on the analysis of the origin and characteristics of ＂Court Purchasing＂ in Chang＇an and Bianjing,＂Court Purchasing＂ in Chang＇an changed from the palace entertainment to a special organization in which eunuch officials purchased supplies;while Bianjing in Northern Song Dynasty,＂Court Purchasing＂ complied with the Tang system and gradually evolved into the as a procurement agency that combined eunuch officials and businessmen.The ＂Court Purchasing＂in Tang and Song period is a special product of capital cites,its production and operation were closely related with commodity economic development of the city during the Tang and Song Dynasties.＂Court Purchasing＂ could be traced back to the same origin,and gradually perfected the supply purchasing system.
