摘要
研究型大学与跨国公司开展技术合作是增强我国自主创新能力、建设创新型国家的迫切要求,也是行为目标不同的两类组织之间寻求优势互补情况下的理性选择。研究型大学与跨国公司开展技术合作应"引导三个落实"、"建立三个平台"、"保障三个结合"。
Cooperation between research university and multi-national corporation is an urgent demand for enhancing China＇s capability of independent innovation and building an innovative country,and a rational choice of seeking after mutual complementarities for two organizations with different behavioral objectives.Cooperation between research university and multi-national corporation should be based on ＂three implementations＂,＂three platforms＂and ＂three combinations＂.
