摘要
本文中引入矢量电势以给出变化磁场产生涡旋电场的一般表达式以及二维情形中的形式．
The general expression for the vortex electric field associated with a changing magnetic field is derived by introducing a so called vector electric potential in this paper.The formula for two dimensional cases is discussed,in particular,and applied to the calculation of the field associated with the well known cylindrical magnetic field.
