Models of Hotel's Ecological Footprint and Eco-efficiency

构建了一种新的有效的基于生态足迹的饭店生态效率计算方法。这种方法包括对饭店占地、能源、水、食物、纺织品、纸制品、废弃物的生态足迹和饭店总生态足迹、每房晚生态足迹、人均餐生态足迹的计算以及以生态足迹作为环境影响数值的饭店生态效率计算。最后指出生态足迹分析法可为提高饭店生态效率、促进绿色饭店可持续发展提供理论依据和现实措施。

This is a new effective hotel＇ s eco-efficiency calculating model based ecological footprint, which gives the methods on how to calculate the ecological footprint of a hotel＇ s built-up area, energy, water, food, linens, paper products, waste and the total, the average per room per night, the average per person per meal and a hotel＇ s eco-efficiency model that the ecological footprint can be made using as a value of environmental impact. Finally, this paper points out that the ecological footprint analysis can provide a theoretical basis and practical measures for improving the eco-efficiency of the hotel and promoting the sustainable development of green hotels.
