摘要
通过提高SBR的用量对宽基工程机械斜交轮胎胎面胶配方进行改进。试验结果表明,将胎面胶中SBR的用量提高到80份,并对胎面胶配方进行适当调整,胎面胶的耐磨性能、抗刺扎性能和抗切割性能改善,尽管生热有所提高,但并不影响轮胎的实际使用性能,轮胎生产成本降低。
The tread compound of wide base bias OTR tire was optimized by increasing the addition level of SBR.The test results showed that,by increasing the addition level of SBR to 80 phr and properly adjusting the tread compound formula,the abrasion resistance,puncture resistance and cut resistance of tread compound were improved,the heat build-up increased,but the tire performance was unaffected,and the production cost decreased.
