论新课程改革背景下中学政治教师的角色转变

The Role Change of Political Teacher in Middle School tunder the New Curriculum

初中思想政治学科在新课改中变化较大,不仅表现在教材的删改更合乎时代的要求,更表现在从注重以学生的学习成绩为主转向以学生的全面发展为本,这要求教师做好相应的角色转变。本文从新课改背景下初中政治教师的现状分析入手,提出新课程理念下中学政治教师的角色定位,并对其新旧角色的转化提出对策建议。

The political subject has changed a lot according to the new curriculum.It pays more attention to our age and the students＇ all-around development rather than academic achievement.This requires the teachers to change their roles accordingly.The thesis starts from the current situation of political teachers to tell the new roles of them and offer suggestion on the change of the role.
