Make Every Educator Become Aware of Experimental Education

如果德育能够转化为教育者的自觉行动,那么德育工作才能取得显著的效果。笔者认为,德育工作需要领导者身体力行的爱,需要班主任的纯粹德育,需要任课教师身体力行的配合,需要全校其余工作人员的密切配合。

Making educators conscious of the experimental education is a precondition for great achievement in moral education.From the writer＇s viewpoint,the moral education demands the practical devotion of leaders,absolute moraleducation of headmasters,active support of teachers,and the close cooperation of other staff.
