大学是培养人才的摇篮,然而当前大学培养的人才已经表现出与社会发展的需求不相一致的一面。高校对人才培养的理念要进行革新,以社会需求为导向,培养多样化的创新型人才,树立与时俱进的现代意识,提高人才培养的质量。

The university is a place for the cultivation of talents.Nowadays,however,it seems that those talents can＇t meet the needs of our society.This requires the university to change their concepts to cultivate diversified and innovativet alents on the basis of social needs.They should advance with the times so as to enhance the talents＇ quality.
