A Probe into the C-E Translation of the Attributive Modifier in Chinese

定语在汉语和英语两种不同的语言中都是重要的语法成分。汉语定语与英语定语有相同之处,也存在巨大差异,这给准确的翻译带来巨大的挑战。本文通过对英汉两种语言的定语进行比较,探讨汉语定语英译的方法。

The attributive modifier is an important grammatical element in both Chinese and English.The differences of the attributive modifier in these two languages bring great challenges to translation.This paper,through making a comparison between the attributive modifiers in the two languages,probes into the C-E translation of the attributive modifier in Chinese.
