随着社会主义市场经济体制的日趋成熟,国内的高等职业院校大众化进程也逐步加快,导致高职学生在就业市场上的竞争尤为激烈。在"双向选择、择优录取"原则下,市场和用人单位对高职学生的录用很是精挑细选。因此高职学生应努力提升自己的就业能力,要服务社会、适应社会和赢得社会。同时,对高职院校而言,要将提高学生的就业能力当成一项重要工作,学生的就业能力直接折射出学校的办学水平。

With the gradual completion of the socialist market economy system,the popularization of colleges has been accelerated in the domestic,and the competition for college students in the job market has become more furious.Under the principle of two-way choice,employing unit is very strict with students.Therefore,college should focus on employability for adapting to the job market.Moreover,the employability is a good reflection of the college＇s quality.
