发展大学生党员是高校党建的一项基础性工作。高校各级党组织应注重培养,引导大学生树立正确的入党动机,严把入党质量关,完善制度,加强学生党支部自身建设,完善大学生党员后续教育培训制度,切实加强和改善新形势下高校学生党建工作。

Recruiting party numbers student is a basic work in college.The parties in the university should lead the students to have a right motivation of joining the party,control the quality of joining party strictly,and make sure the regime perfect.It is necessary to strengthen the self-construction of the party branch for students,improve the subsequent education and training system under new situation.
