高校学生社团是大学校园文化建设中最富有色彩、最为活跃的一部分;是在校大学生自我管理、自我教育、自我发展的重要阵地;是实施素质教育的重要途径之一,可以说,大学学生社团文化在某种程度上反映了一所大学学生的精神面貌甚至一个学校的整体形象。而如何使学生社团能够可持续发展、保持学生社团长足的生命力和活力,便成为了所有高校社团面对的共同问题。

Students＇ associations are the most colorful and active part in the construction of college campus culture.They are the important fields for college students＇ self-management,self-education and self-development.To some extent,the culture of students＇ associations reflects the spiritual outlook of college students,even the whole image of a college.Accordingly,sustainable development and lasting vitality of students＇ societies have become the common issue for colleges＇ associations to be confronted with.
