摘要
为有效控制食品安全事故和为政府决策提供借鉴,总结了2000-2010年媒体曝光的我国的"问题食品",并分析了其规律性,结果发现3类食品(乳制品、水产制品、肉制品)出现的安全问题最多;化学性因素是导致"问题食品"出现的主要原因;我国2010年发生的"问题食品"呈上升趋势;在浙江、上海等省(市)出现"问题食品"的频率较高。
In order to control food safety accidents effectively,and supply a reference for government decision-making,the "unsafe food" incidents happened during 2000—2010 are summarized and analyzed in this paper.The results show that there are more unsafe incidents happened in dairy products,aquatic products,meat products,chemicals are the main factor leading to the "unsafe food","unsafe food" incident is rising in 2010,the "unsafe food" incidents in Zhejiang and Shanghai are discovered.
